What it does
So you have a Blackjack II and are considering using it as an MP3 player...but what if you're with some friends and want to play music through the speaker?
- Music through the standard Windows Media Player on the BJII is a bit low in volume, but luckily you can get around this by using custom equalizer/preamp settings
- WMP has no equalizer settings, but you can use any of the following (or others)- the options are in the program menus:
- TCPMP (free): http://picard.exceed.hu/tcpmp/test/
- CorePlayer (further-developed commercial vesion of TCPMP): http://coreplayer.com/content/view/28/69/
- Pocket Tunes (commercial): http://www.pocket-tunes.com/
- Use either outdoor settings or (due to the BJII's somewhat tinny speakers with weak bass) max treble to get high volume.
