What it does

The phone after about 5 minutes being sleeping (which I found not related to the Turn Off Device timeout) will not wake up unless you soft reset. At first I didn't connect it to this installation. Only once I knew there's more people and we compared our actions, and I uninstalled SRS and saw the problem disappeared we reached this conclusion.

The problem can also be worked-around if you set in the power option that your device shouldn't turn off (setting = none) But this means your battery will drain faster... in my case I see 25% loss in 2-3 hours of wait time (without one call and no WiFi). So you do your choice.
